It's definetely "unlauterer Wettbewerb" und sollte zur Anzeige gebracht werden. Most customer bought this engine because of the 2nd engine. And now there is NONE. this is against the german law. chessbase is a german company. you call it an error. It was an "error" that junior 8 hat a time-bug. but THIS 2nd engine shit is not an error. it is forbidden in germany under german law. I will tell you something. i don't care what they do. the topic does not even interest me. But i don't let you lie to the people about german laws. Wenn auch nur einer klagt, müssen sie alle Pakete wo das draufsteht einstampfen. Und du weißt auch das das nicht der erste Fall ist wo Chessbase die Kartons ändern und die engen Überzieher vom Fritz Karton austauschen muß. Ich erinnere dich an die Gerichtsverhandlung mit dem Hong Kong WM-Button den sie zurücknehmen mußten. Du tust so als ob das ein zufälliger Mistake wäre. "thorsten - chessbase wird dein Leben verändern!" Klar. make business that is within the german laws and everything is ok, but don't claim or advertise something about the product that is not true.
