I think that if black wants to play for a win then it is better to start with 1.e4 c5 and not with 1.e4 e5 I think that inspite of it a draw against knightdreamer at 10 minutes per game is a good result because knightdreamer is supposed to be at super GM level at 10 minutes per game.
