Dan and Bruce: Why you are so concerned with this if Ed is not? Has Ed, in desperation, asked privately some kind of help from you to avoid these questions? Besides, Is not the purpose of this site to make public all things concerning chess computers? You never know which post and how can be useful for you. At the same time nobody is coerced to see all post here or answer them. I suppose If Ed is crushed under the weight of too much post of this kind, surely he will be capable of posting a S.O.S. He can just say "please, contact my staff. Stop". I have take a look at the post about config. etc and it was useful to see a way to improve my own config. If not for the post, I have not thought of it. Call it, if you want, a variety of serendipity. Sometimes a post just is helpful to remember you certain things. Another are not, maybe as this one. Sorry for that. But, any case, in the abundance no damage exist. I propose to think in limitations for posting the day Steven, the man that handle the server, ask that from us, or the day Ed ask it.
