Disgruntled, inexperienced users bashing chessbase instead of posing questions. Everyone bashing S.Sloan as though that had something to do with computer chess. There is sometimes interesting stuff there, admittedly. Hyatt posts there sometimes. Mostly it is a cabal of bores slamming sherzer or agreeing with 'gunny bunny' about some reposted journalism. This leads me to think that your definition of "civility" is not very intersesting. CCC is a good place to honestly test ideas regarding the defined purposes of this forum. And I certainly don't mind the occassional snipe as long as it bounces off of this duck's back.
