Hi peter:
I just have finished a game against your lambshop. Time was 90 second per move
and was a draw after three repetitions in move 36. I enjoyed it -because i did
not lose, of course- but I am not going to send you the game as much as i did
not write the moves and there is not saving option, or I missed it. Anyway,
thanks a lot.
An observation:
The second move of the log, that the program thinks the opponent will play,
sometimes is not a very good idea in the following sense. Many times believes
that after yopu have move a piece, say a bishop from a3 to c1, you will move
again the bishop, this time to b2, as if you missed the right square to put the
piece and you are going to fix that in the next turn. I suppose that an
algorythm is needed that, excepto in cases where direct threaths coerce to a new
movement of a piece already moved by the oppponent, the program should not
consider as a candidate move one that was possible in the previous turn and was
not made. I hope you understand my point
Fernando
