When he gets a 64-bit compiled/profiled exe, I wouldn't be one bit surprised to
see 2.5M+.  From a 1.7Ghz machine.

Oh, and 2.5M would only be a 25% speedup.  From what I've read, I'd be expecting
40%+.

I am not at *all* put off.  As a matter of fact, I believe I am sold.  ;)
