To try to satisfy your curiosity, I am posting a couple of games Geniss Axon
played today, against one of my favourite WB engines, Fortress, written by an
old computer chess friend of mine, Alessandro Damiani. The score of the match
was... let us say very helpful to determine how well Geniss Axon could play
blitz; Fortress managed to get about 15% out of a dozen games). Fortress
played under Winboard and had 7 min to play 40 moves, while Axon played at 5
seconds per move. Here are some of the games (nothing spectacular, it seemed
that Axon simply managed to outsearch Fortress. No beauty though. Please note
that I used the attacking version that is supposed to compete against human
players): Also, do have in mind that playing any other more highly rated
opponent and posting games before an official tournament might not be very wise
:)
