Hi Steve: The quality of many of the reviews in the CCR resource center are of a
higher standard than the off-hand opinions & remarks here in our club.

While I find it easy to post a quick reply and/or opinion of various software
that I have over here, writing a review or considered opinion piece requires a
tremendous amount more energy because of my (own)standards.  So I submit nothing
for there (yet), as I feel that anything readable there should have a more
lasting quality to it then stuff posted here.

As far as ideas are concerned to get people who could write reviews, that
haven't taken a stap at it.  Greed is always a good motivating facter.  If ICD
can afford it, perhaps they could have a contest for the best reviews written,
awarding chess software & merchandise to the winners. (no, I have no idea how
that would be judged!).
