According to analyses I've done, the best chance for Black after 45. Qe1 seems
to be 45 ... Qb3, threatening ... Qe3+ on Bh4. Also, Black has the resource of
... Rg8, forcing Rooks off, if needed.

It gets terribly complicated after 45. Qe1 Qb3; I've reached positions where
each side may have play on either side of the board.

This is one of the most interesting situations I've come across for some time,
and I think there is a test suite position lurking in there somewhere :)
