There are many positions solved faster by Rebel 10 than Rebel 9. For instance,
BT2630 #16.

R10 takes 26 seconds and R9 takes 135, both with default settings and on a
PII-400.

It's too early to tell about rating differences between R10 and R9. So far, I
can say that R10 did well against Fritz 5 and Junior 5 and that Rebel 10 feels
stronger than Rebel 9.
