using the same hardware year after year is not a good idea, just as long as each
each the programs are tested on the same machines then it will be fine
Why would you want to have them tested on the same hardware year after year,
programs get updated so to should the hardware.

It is logical to have programs tested on undated machines each year, just so
long as all the programs are tested on equal hardware
