Yes.  I had already completed this a good while back, using a NUMA
alpha box and compaq's UPC compiler.  Unfortunately the disk on my
local alpha crashed and the source changes were lost.  It was not _that_
big a deal for the data structures.  It was more of a change in how they
schedule processes on processors.  Rather than a fork()/tfork() type
mechanism, I had to manually start a "slave" on each CPU except for
one, which I thought was pretty ugly.
