Yes.

When I describe my program as "very weak", I compare it to the programs the
readers of this forum are likely to know.  To the average computer chess
enthusiasts, the "strong" programs are programs like Shredder, Junior,
Rebel and The King, while "weak" programs are programs on the level of
Crafty or Yace.  Most people here have probably never downloaded or played
with programs as weak as mine (or Uri's), and many are perhaps even unaware
of their existence.

I still think "very weak" is an appropriate description of my program in
a forum like this.  In the Winboard Forum, I would probably have used
different words.
