I'm not here to be bad guy. As a moderator ,I was elected by ALL of you to uphold the Computer Club Charter for ALL of you. http://www.talkchess.com/ccc_charter.html Please note point 5. " Once a member gains access to the message board, he may read all messages and post new or response messages with the proviso that these new or response messages: ... 5. Are not of questionable legal status. " All of you agreed to the charter when you joined - that is the smallprint at the bottom. "I agree to all the terms and conditions above." If you no longer agree with the Charter - I am sorry but I cannot help you. Please note - many of the top commercial and amatuer programmers are members of little computer chess club. In fact, a few of them were original moderators when this club was formed a few years ago. How much participation would we have by our beloved programmers, who bring so much joy to all of us, if we allowed questionable activity - and we're talking cracked or patching software that allow users and , not just registered users, but any user who has an access to a CD and not pay for the privilige of using their software. Some chess programmers may make a fair living from chess programming, but most do not. I will uphold our Charter as long as I am moderator of our Computer Chess Club. I make no apologies. Best, Michael
