With imported Shredder7 book it would probably score ~50% against any Top Grandmaster in rapid chess (15,25 or 30 min) provided that they dont know the progam nor its book. The strength would decrease after 20-30 games of course because the human has effective learning. Michael A 206 Mhz ARM would be about 100 points less than this or 2400 >SSDF under this scenario. IMO, it is only about 70 points less.
