History - Lots of problems yesterday , ended up losing CT 15 etc , etc. Actions taken today - Removed Rebel 12 installation Removed Chess Tiger 15 installations , curiously I had to that 3 times? Installed Chess Tiger 15 Installed Rebel 12 Chess Tiger 15 now works, Rebel 12 works ..the only negative was that I lost Chess Tiger 14 in this process: a) I'm not that worried about it b) I believe there is a fix to get that going, but I will worry about it later/ Rmoved Rebel12.uci and re-istalled Rebel 12 by pointing straight to the Rebel engine folder : D:\Program Files\Lokasoft\ChessPartner5.2\engines\Rebel12 - at the suggestion of someone, I point the wb2uci.eng straight to the folder containing the rebeluci.exe. I changed the "TerminateHard = false" to "TerminateHard = true" although the readme only says WINxp and the wb2uci.eng says " "In WIN XP or Win NT TerminateHard = true" - somebody on CCC said "Win XP= WIN NT - WIN2K" which why I asked the question in the first place - if I'm wrong, somebodyy please tell me. Here we go out of book and Rebel 12 never makes a move on the screen. Inth engine window, all I see is "depth =1" That's it - Note - if Copy my Rebel Pre- Release engine over and rename it to "Rebel12_CB.exe" it WORKS so there is clearly something different between Rebel 12 and Rebel 12 pre-release.
