Says who? On the basis of which publicly played games, against what level players, which number of games? To reiterate what Pete McKenzie said -- is there some secret pool of data on the version of Mchess Pro that we know nothing about, to which you solely have access, or is this only your personal opinion? If the former, just say yes, it'll do -- statistics and data are great at shutting up other people's mouths, if the latter then say something to the effect that it is what you *think*, and not some hard fact. Rebel just beat Anand, on shorter time controls... and below you state for a fact, not using modals, that "...on shorter time controls which most people play at,M-Chess Pro 8 is stronger against humans". Based on what? Methinks on speculation, unless proven otherwise.
