Why do you ask shredder to calculate exact score for the second best and the
third best?

It means that its job is harder because usually programs do not calculate exact
score for second best move.

I am almost sure that shredder needs more time because of your way of analysis
and if it can find it in 100 hours then with your analysis it is going to find
it maybe in 1000 hours.
