I would be very grateful if you (or somebody else with a G5) could run the benchmark in Gothmog (available from http://www.math.uio.no/~romstad/gothmog/gothmog.html) on the G5. Just run the program from the command line with the command 'gothmog bench'. After 5 minutes it will print a nodes per second value and a wildly inaccurate (too low) estimate of its playing strength on your machine. Tord
