[D]8/8/2Kp4/3P1B2/2P2k2/5p2/8/8 w - - bm Bc8; id "WAC146";

>Does Bd3 also win, or should I look for yet another bug?

Zappa:
1. Bc8 Kg3 2. c5 dxc5 3. Kxc5 f2 4. Ba6
 = (2.80)	Depth: 5/6	00:00:00.00	7097kN
1. Bc8 f2 2. Bh3 Kg3 3. Bf1 Kh2 4. c5 Kg1 5. Be2 dxc5 6. Kxc5 Kh2 7. d6 Kg2 8.
d7 f1=Q 9. Bxf1 Kxf1 10. d8=Q
 = (9.00)	Depth: 15/28	00:00:32.71	22617296N

After Bd3, Zappa thinks White can still win - with Bc8 :)
1... Ke3 2. Bf5 Kf4 3. Bc8
 = (-9.00)	Depth: 16/28	00:00:21.31	15438334N

I suspect if I turned tablebases on Zappa could get a mate score in this
position.

1 ...Qg2++

1... Qg2 2. Nxg2 hxg2 3. Kxg2 Bf3 4. Qxf3 exf3 5. Kg1 Rf5 6. Rae1 Rfh5 7. Re8
Kf7 8. Re7 Kxe7 9. d6 cxd6 10. Re1 Re6 11. Rc1
 = (4.88)	Depth: 9/25	00:00:07.90	4227964N
1... Qg2 2. Nxg2 hxg2 3. Kxg2 Bf3 4. Qxf3 exf3 5. Kg1 Rf5 6. Rfe1 Rfh5 7. Re8
Kf7 8. Re7 Kxe7 9. Re1 Kd8 10. Re8 Kxe8 11. dxc6
 =   MAT11	Depth: 12/22	00:00:18.42	11401365N

Basically, after Rf5 white is always under mate threat and so all of the silly
rook checks get extended.
