Go up one level in this thread
i am not sure what makes a thread go away. i do not see my role as a censor. the simplest form of censorship is ignoring something anyway. I also see the poster as a very legitimate person who needed a question answered simply. And since it is a question about technology and chess-- programming a clock-- a clock which is sold by the vendor who sponsors our board-- a clock I own-- I gladly answered him. the only annoyance came not from him-- he could use my answer. I recieved rhet. crit. because my answer did not offer a surfeit of information untll it was asked for-- by someone who does not own the clock with the mode he recommends others use.
