Yes, Kasparov, even if he lost the title against Kramnik, has still the highest
elo-rating. Fritz is strong but definitly not the strongest.

All with the bless of ICGA and the "official title" of
"Man-Machine World Champion in virtual reality".

IIRR Friedel already made a similar suggestion (Paderborn 99?). All programs
playing via CB-interface, with perfect internet live coverage.
