What I find even stranger is that Shredder, which seems to be significantly stronger than Fritz (and everything else on a PC!), is also from the Chessbase stable - yet Chessbase seem keener to push Fritz to the forefront. I think Fritz may be a better known brand and this may be the reason but if I were SMK I'd be a little peeved! Steve
