Mr. Friedel would _definitely_ be pleased to proclaim the next computer chess champion. And he would match that program against another Friedel proclaimed human champion. Never mind the Shredders, Kramniks and the like. (Remember tha last hilarious match between Junior and Fritz intended to decide who'd play the human champion?) What matters now, though, is the new contraption, X3D, whatever the heck that might be... For all I care, it just might be a nice new washing machine or a toaster. Djordje
