Actually, I have spoken with Larry Christiansen, Susan Polgar and Yasser
Seirawan about this move. The first two of these feel that the move is not
losing, but was quite probably not necessary as the position was won.

The last of these (Seirawan) feels that this move lost the game.

I have also spent many CPU hours on the position, and I haven't heard about an
engine that can show that Black has a win after 53...Rg3.

But, yes, for entertainment's sake, it was DEFINITELY a great move. Larry played
exciting chess for the whole match.
