I to find this hard to believe, if Fritz 5.32 is the same as Fritz 5.16 except it is a 32 bit program. I don't see how they gain any advantage on SSDF since SSDF uses 200MMX computers. It is my understanding that 200MMX chip are not optimized to run 32 bit programs, so they get no advantage from them. Even on a P II's I don't think a 20 to 30 percent speed jump from 32 bit programs will give you a 40 elo point ratings jump. So does this mean that Fritz 5.32 has a much improved eval over Fritz 5.16? If not I think it is b.s.
