X3D doesn't work on a projection screen, unfortunately it requires a tube style TV- CRT technology. It won't work on Plasma either! That's why this is dead in the water before it started. CRTs use too much electricity at a large scale. And the rich who buy fancy gadgets like plasma tv cannot just pop down 200 hundred dollars more to use these goggles on their tvs. This guy Elliot Klein needs johnny six-pack to layout 50 bucks a head for 'bleeding edge gimmicks' in order to make out and this aint gonna happen no mater how many times Kasparov visits New York. The only plausible commercial tie-in X3D has in these Kasparov promotions is to pump their stock price up <or seeking new capital>, a la Kasparov-Deep Blue match. In my opinion, anyway.
