That is extremely interesting!

The person who owns the copy rights to Crafty has NOT accused the List
programmer of copying his software.  Who else, then, has the right to accuse
anybody in this case?  Who has been harmed by the alleged infraction of the
rules if not the "owner" of Crafty?  This is really strange.  The banning of
List and it's programmer now seems very improper, IMHO.  Is Crafty such a
powerhouse that copying it threatens the outcome of the tournament?  Very odd!
