How can GCP know about Jonny's knowledge?
The fact that the interface claimed a draw does not prove that Jonny did not do
it when the interface hide jonny's announcement.

I think that Jonny's knowledge is also irrelevant.

Jonny was allowed to play under chessbase interface so the player who
participated was practically a team of Jonny and chessbase interface and it is
possible that chessbase interface also influenced results of Jonny in previous
rounds.

Changing the player in the last round is unfair so the player who played in the
last round should be also the team.

If you do not want to allow claiming draws by the chessbase interface then you
should care to tell the participants before the first round that using the
chessbase interface is not allowed.
