What we have here is a _total_ capitulation to commercial computer chess
interests.  This shared GUI/book/etc should _never_ have been allowed.  But
apparently money speaks over logic and the ICGA chose the "low road" in their
decision-making process.

I suspect this is the beginning of the end...
