This is just silly. New York is arguably more dangerous than Tel-Aviv, but it has more to do with crime rate than terrorism :) The difference is that NY's death total came from one incident that (probably) will not occur again, while Israel is under constant threat from Arab militants. I also do not understand why the ICGA selected a spot right in the middle of an ongoing ethnic conflict. Why don't we have the WCCC 2005 in Chechnya next year? How about East Timor? Even if one accepts your argument about NY v Tel-Aviv, it seems that there are many sites which have no terrorist history at all . . . . anthony
