Zappa plays it, but it doesn't see a knockout punch.  Black gets 2 connected
passed pawns, and a completely open white king for the piece.

The static eval is +4 for Black (1 pawn for White's lack of development, 1 pawn
for king safety, .5 pawn for better center control/pawnstructure).
