You just said you wouldn't mind playing with the old nonsense book :)  You could
always use Arena, which can roll a book for you very easily . . . it won't be
nearly the quality of Alterman's book, but then the rest of us won't have
anything special either.

I for one would like to see some commercials show up at CCT6.
