If the finances is not a great issue, I would go with the Xeon, a 100 MHz bus makes a huge difference in the processor power. Think a "bus" like the freeway with many lanes open, if the more lanes available in the freeway, the faster the traffic will flow... the same with a fast bus and a fast processor...
