I doubt that.  I think the vast majority of the amateur chess engines are
private.  If you play on the ICC, for instance, you will see that there are
lots of very strong engines which are not publicably available, which do
not play in any of the Winboard tournaments, but are clearly extremely
strong.

From what I have seen, it seems that my engine is at least on the same
level as Genesis, but I don't think it is among the top 500 programs.
