Hi Frank,

That is correct advertising - look at that what Ed has written... This does not
imply that all others are weaker, it just say that Ruffian is among the top.

>02. Ruffian handbook:
>First sentence in the handbook:
>We contratulate you on buying the Ruffian 2.0 / Arena 1.0 CD-Rom. With this

again, same statement and fine.

THIS is the problem. You can't know for sure... Even Elostat give you only a 95%
certainity which is not enough to use it as advertise.

So please don't understand the critics here not as a critic about you. All the
persons (myself included) just want to help you so that you are not in risk for
lawsuits.

I am sure that all (okay, most) of the persons here wish you as much success as
possible with your projects. But you must be careful, advertising is a very
critical part in business - and statements like "be strongest" are very
problematic and most of the time forbidden. After reading several court
decisions about that topic I am aware that statements like "to be best" or "to
be strongest" are very very critical. Even when they are nearly proven - nearly
is not enough in that case.

Greets, Thomas

P.S.: You might remember that I am very happy about EVERY commercial winboard
engine. For that reason I buy them all - and I will buy Ruffian 2.0 too. Just to
give the winboard idea a chance - and because I am sure that I will get a good
package for my money.
