I said , it will be available for Leo's tourny's _when_ it is made public.
Until then - no , and it will be completely private.
If it figures out in Leo's tourny's then it is only fair that I supply my engine
to everyone who runs similar tourny's (why the partiality onlu to Leo ?) - and
If I do that - I might as well make it public !
