bob durret, if being nice to each other requires 'making an effort' then we are already in big trouble! I would not ever engage a troll like this angry poster. but if I felt the need to do so to protect some professional interest or reputation, I would not molly-coddle him. It does not make sense to treat someone that abusive as if he were a gentleman. Because that demeans the idea of good manners and honesty. Let him vent his sputum and leave us.
