Recently Arena has starting think Zappa is a winboard 1 engine. You can see
Zappa sends "feature usermove=1", and arena accepts it, and then it goes ahead
and sends the commands without the usermove anyway. I dont _think_ this is a
bug in Zappa, but I could be wrong.
