Hallo Ed,

May be all problems would be avoidable, when your Gothic Chess 1 $ license would
be offered international and online, e.g. via your existing shop.

Because of the high impact you gave to your patent on Gothic Chess, I really do
feel very unsure when working on that theme. This is because I do not know,
whether the fruits of such efforts someday will be taken away from enthusiasts,
starting with it too early.

As I have tried to discuss before the one dollar license should be no obstacle,
which would be too heavy to take. Especially for international chess engine
programers it should be made easy to buy such a permanent license online, best
well documented.

I am very sure, some programers (including me) immediately would take such a
license, because it seems to be really silly to discuss on such low amounts.

Regards, Reinhard.
