Thanks for your help in getting the CapaGNU Modified engine to run on my system.

I played one match so far, setting CapaGNU to play at 40 moves/60 min with the
EASY mode set to off, hash tables on. I set the depth to 12 since it was hitting
the default at 6 very quickly on my 2.8 GHz box. This way, it would take all of
its time to make every move.

What resulted was a great game! I set Vortex up at 1 min/move on my 2 GHz P4,
and it mated CapaGNU in 39 moves.

Some very interesting theoretical positons occurred during this game.

Notably: Vortex traded a Q + pawn for an Archbishop + Bishop. Vortex has a
strategical score folded in depending on the game phase, and it preferred the
Archbishop + minor to the Q + pawn.

Later, Vorttex gave up 2N for CapaGNU's R + pawn. Again, in Gothic Chess, I
think the knights are weak enough to justify this trade, especially if pawns are
disappearing.

I will post this game up on the "matches" page later tonight.

So far 3 different programs have participated: Zillions, CapaGNU, and another
engine which someone else modified and we played a game over Yahoo messenger.
