Geoff,

Gil Dodgen and Ed Trice did use Crafty code for this chess variation but it is
not Crafty since Crafty is a chess program. Gothic Vortex Chess is not a chess
program.

You should play this chess variant and get back with us. Tell us if you think
that Gothic chess is more mentally challenging than ordinary chess. I find it
much more taxing.  Oops, this is tax season.

PS Would GeoSs be a good name for the game? GeosS?
