Version 0.4.5 of my xboard/Winboard/UCI engine Gothmog is now available from my home page: http://www.math.uio.no/~romstad/gothmog/gothmog.html There are binaries for Mac OS X, Linux and Windows. The Linux and Windows versions are probably only interesting for those who like to have all chess engines in the known universe on your hard disk drive, but the Mac OS X version is probably one of the strongest free engines you can find for the Mac at the moment. Unfortunately there is no Mac OS X GUI (yet), you will have to use xboard under X11.
