Engines are dumb.  Humans always play with a plan.  A computer will often do
nothing for 10 moves because a) making progress is beyond its search depth or b)
it doesn't understand the position.  Its quite common to see computer games
70-80 moves long in comparison to GM games.  An increment really helps there.
