I assumed "Bush" since he is the one that is laying out the new NASA goal
of a manned lunar station and a mission to Mars over the next 20 years...

I suppose it _could_ have been a non-US president, of course...  but since
we stuck the current Mars rover on the surface of Mars, plus the second one
due to arrive this month, it seems to be a US topic...
