Roll your eyes all you want, I'm not starting a flame war.
Dan should be careful before saying, "Why am I not surprised that he is located
in Canada?" That's derogatory.

If this person was in the US, would it not be offensive if someone not American,
said, "Why am I not surprised that he is located in the United States?"

Of course it would be.

Dan is an alright guy, but chose a poor choice of wording on his part. This
isn't CTF.
