You can find benchmarks for many PalmOS devices running Chess Tiger at
http://www.chesstiger.com (click on "FAQ" then look for the "Do you have the
speed index of some PalmOS devices?" question).

To be fair, you should not compare Dragonball-based Palms with ARM-based Palms:
the ARM-based Palms at this time are running Chess Tiger in emulation mode
(interpreting Dragonball instructions one by one).

So if you want to know which PalmOS device is going to be the best for Chess
Tiger in the future, you should only look at the ARM-based devices.

BTW the best performance at this time is reached by the Palm Tungsten-T3
overclocked to 592MHz: estimated to 2330 SSDF elo with Chess Tiger 15.1 (you
could probably get the same performance with an overclocked Palm Tungsten-C).
