The Baron switches to Rg2 in just over 3 seconds on a P3-500. When forcing Rxh2, it sees a draw in less than a second. Cause: Repetition of position. I do not have any special perpetual detection, just repetition detection, and only check evasions in qsearch (so no checking moves).
