Christian, I translate your newest statement about LIST and Fritz Reul,

[quote CL]

"I [Christian Liebert] have advised [!!!] Fritz to NOT accept to present the
engine - because where do we get from here? - so to risk this exclusion, since
Fritz had more important things to do as to travel [sic!] to Graz and to react
on non-specified allegations -- on the background the affair was presented to
him (without concrete reasons, -- other programmers should have said this or
that --!)."

[quote end]

COMMENT:

This goes too far, Christian, now you spoiled the whole thing unter pretetion
that you are still speaking in favour of Fritz Reul. But the truth is that you
do harm him with such declarations. Why?

Because you imply that the procedures of the ICGA officials - without giving
exact quotes and reasons of the allegations - were not-kosher. But exactly this
is false, they were kosher as far as the rules are concerned. They were
practically nonsense three rounds before the end of the tournament with the
exclusion, but formally they were ok.

Where in the history of justice the officials had to present their exact
evidence to the defendent??? Give me a good example. Where? Nowhere! You wont
find an example. After the rules such a questioning was allowed and therefore in
order. They had no reason to inform Fritz Reul about all the evidence in
advance.

I think, Christian, next time you shoulkd reflect a bit deeper how you can make
arguments in favour of a friend.

Here you did harm Fritz Reul. And if YOU had advised him to play dickhead like
you have described the reasoning, then you were damned wrong in doing so!!

Rolf
