he wants to convince newbies that he is popular and knowledgable so that when he asks them for an engine, the newbie might give in. It is part of his scam fun, i suppose. the really scary part is that this crook might be training here in his scam university in order to rip off the larger world of something much bigger. we've got to toast him soon.
